Santa’s Naughty or Nice Scan-O-Meter!
Naughty or Nice Meter- This naughty or nice meter doesn’t rely on random chance. Instead it uses a secret technique (described below) to indicate what the result will be before you press the Scan button. When you press the Scan button you can sit back and let anyone else touch or hold or tilt the device as the candy cane need oscillates back and forth with sleigh bells jingling before finally landing on one side or the other. Nice people get a bell with a flashing green ligh, naughty people get a red flashing light with alarm bells!
Christmas Countdown – Want to know how many days until Christmas? How about how many hours or even minutes? Press the green button to switch the count! The countdown clock even takes leap years into consideration, so you’ll be able to use this for years to come! (Note: Android/Kindle version has Christmas Trivia and Facts instead of the Countdown.)
Santa Watching Light – Here’s a great way to really throw off kids: tell them Santa is watching and then show them that the Santa Watching light is on. Again, the light is secretly and completely controlled by the user or parent with no random chance involved. The light has three settings: continually on, blinking and off. By showing kids that Santa is busy and he can’t be watching all the time you’ll add an aspect of reality to the story. Read below to see how to operate it.

How To Control Your Results – For Parents Only!
Naughty or Nice Detector – The app has been updated so that it’s much easier to control (no more tilting!). To control the results of your scan, just tap the correct side of the RESET button before you scan. If you tap the left side of the RESET button you results will be “Naughty” and if you tap the left side of the RESET button your results will be “Nice.” If you tap the very middle of the RESET button your results will be random!
You can even tell what you’ve chosen (secretly, of course!). Look at the center blinking light. If it’s red, the result will be Naughty, if it’s Blue the result will be random and if it’s Green the result will be Nice!
Christmas Countdown – Just hit the green button to scroll through Hours, Days and Minutes until midnight on Christmas Eve!
Santa Watching Light – To turn the light on, secretly swipe your finger left to right over the green light. To make the light blink, swipe left to right over the light again. Swipe left to right more time to turn it off!

Great app but Santa’s watching light does not work since 11/28/12 update.
Actually, the light feature was switched slightly. Run your finger left to right directly on the “Santa’s Watching” light!
It used to be on the meter, but there were a few weird issues with that. Sorry for the confusion!
New app freezes up, old app was better. Not good!
Thanks for the heads up! We submitted a patch the same day it was discovered… A fix for that problem was released on December 5, 2012. The current version (2.1) no longer has that problem. Thanks for your patience!
